Hi! I am so glad you found me! I am a Certified Labor Doula, Postpartum Doula, and a Lactation Education Counselor student, serving the North County and San Diego County areas. From as long as I can remember, I’ve had a deep desire for birth work. After the birth of my first born was when I decided to fully commit to working in the birth space. From then on, my ultimate goal is to ensure women feel empowered, educated, and supported throughout their entire journey through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

I served in the United States Navy for eight years where I worked in OBGYN and mother-infant clinics, only furthering my knowledge and love for the craft. I began watching countless birth videos and day in the life as a doula videos, until I decided to take the big leap into getting certified. Now here we are and I couldn’t be happier to be able to support families.

My goal as your doula is to ensure you feel educated, supported, and empowered from the second you arrive in the birth space and beyond. I support all birth journeys from unmedicated vaginal, pain management, and cesareans, first time moms to third time moms and beyond. Whatever your journey looks like, I am there to uniquely support your journey.
