Complete Birth Package:
$1900
This package is great for families who want more extensive preparation and additional postpartum care. The complete birth package includes more prenatal education and additional postpartum support.
• 3 90-minute prenatal visits
• Continuous labor support
• 2 2-hour postpartum visits
• On call beginning at 37 weeks
During our first prenatal session, you will receive a folder containing educational resources to help you prepare for birth and the postpartum period.
Option to ADD ON belly binding services at your first postpartum session for $60.
Essential Birth Package:
$1600
This package provides prenatal preparation for birth and the postpartum period, labor support, and a postpartum check-in within the first two weeks after delivery.
• 2 90-minute prenatal visits

• On call beginning at 37 weeks
During our first prenatal session, you will be given a folder that includes educational resources to help prepare you for birth and postpartum.
Option to ADD ON belly binding session during our postpartum visit for $75.
Postpartum Support:
Create your own personalized postpartum support tailored to your needs!
At this time, day support is offered only at the following rates: $35/hour
Details:
Minimum of 3-hour session
Minimum of 2 sessions a week
Support may include: newborn care, light household help, light meal preparation, errand running, and evidence-based postpartum support for birther.

Rebinding:

A traditional postpartum practice that is used to support the body and womb after birth. This process involves wrapping a long piece of cloth taut around your abdomen and hips to support the healing process.
Each session includes, at the mother’s choice, a warm oat and herbal bath soak by candlelight. After your bath, I will perform comfort measures with a traditional rebozo and apply oils or lotions to your abdomen with guided meditation. The ceremony is then finished with applying your belly binding. An additional cloth will be provided for additional rebinding.
Birth Plan - Virtual:
$250
We will schedule a virtual birth plan session to work together on creating a document outlining your personalized birth preferences. Your birth preferences will cover your ideal laboring and birthing atmosphere, pain management preferences, delivery options, immediate postpartum support, and more. This visit ensures we cover all scenarios so you can walk away from your session feeling prepared to conquer your birth experience with empowerment and understanding. Once completed, I will email you a copy.
One additional virtual session is included if updates are needed, at no additional charge.
Birth Plan - In-Person:
$350
We will schedule an in-person birth plan session to work together on creating a document outlining your personalized birth preferences. Your birth preferences will cover your ideal laboring and birthing atmosphere, pain management preferences, delivery options, immediate postpartum support, and more. This visit ensures we cover all scenarios so you can walk away from your session feeling prepared to conquer your birth experience with empowerment and understanding. Once completed, I will email you a copy.
One additional in-person session is included if there needs to be updates made for no additional charge.
